The STA committee encourages traders to give consideration to traders and staff utilising the longer term parking (4 hours) under 122 Beach Road (access via Roundabout/Laneway from Bay Road) and other identified longer term parking in the attached plan. The attached plan is provided to highlight available parking for traders and visitors.
Traders are encouraged to contact their landlord and/or managing agent to access beach parking permits which Council provides to freehold owners (two per property) when it issues Rate Notices to those owners. After all, most of you will be paying your landlord’s rates under the terms of your lease.
It would be good to have feedback from anyone who has been successful in accessing their landlord’s beach parking permits.
The STA committee will continue to support traders through this difficult period and to encourage increased commercial activity within the Village.
