Sandy Street Art Project is an incorporated non-profit group of local volunteers with all members having a passion for the visual arts. ⁠

This year they're hosting Sandy Chalkfest22 over 2 days from 26th – 27th March 2022 (all day).⁠

Talented artists - local, interstate and international will transform the footpaths of Sandringham Village to a spectacular pavement gallery over those two days. Artists will be applying their magic with a vivid array of pastel chalks in a myriad of hues. ⁠

Sandy Chalkfest22 coincides with the Sandy Twilight Market on the Saturday, 26th March, which includes buskers, magicians and performers throughout the village and on the Sandy Foreshore.⁠

The event concludes with the Chalk Awards on Sunday 27th March at 5pm.
